Scout Billy is a boy billy goat.  Billy sings a lot.  He is constantly making up songs.  Billy can play many musical instruments.  Billy is friendly, he likes everybody.  He is happy to sing as he does his tasks.  Billy likes candy and snacks.  He even has a theme song.

When Billy goes camping he packs water, food, matches, a tent, a sleeping bag, socks, a spork, a flashlight, a guitar, bongos, a bugle, a triangle, a harmonica and candy.
